隱私權政策

生效日：2026 年 9 月 23 日

晶實科技（Studio A，以下稱「我們」）營運「e筆 Smart」行動裝置應用程式（以下稱「本 App」）。本政策說明本 App 如何處理您的資料。

不需要帳號

本 App 不需要註冊或登入，也沒有帳號系統。我們不會收集您的姓名、電子郵件或其他可識別您身分的資料。

作品資料

您在本 App 中書寫的作品，儲存在您自己的裝置上。我們的伺服器不會接收或保存您的作品。

照片

只有在您選擇儲存作品時，本 App 才會把作品圖檔（PNG）或書寫過程影片（MP4）寫入您裝置的照片圖庫。本 App 不會讀取您照片圖庫中的其他內容。

字帖影像

本 App 的字帖影像來自公立博物館的公開典藏影像服務（國立故宮博物院、日本國立文化財機構、史密森尼學會、大都會藝術博物館）與淡江大學。瀏覽或下載字帖時，您的裝置會直接連線到這些服務，這些服務可能依其各自的政策記錄一般連線資訊（例如 IP 位址）。

選用功能：Google Drive 備份

此功能預設關閉。只有在您主動登入 Google 帳號並啟用備份時，本 App 才會使用 Google Drive 的「應用程式專屬資料夾」（drive.appdata 權限）備份您的作品。

• 本 App 只能存取它自己建立的備份資料，無法讀取您 Google Drive 中的其他檔案。
• 備份直接在您的裝置與您的 Google Drive 之間傳輸，不經過我們的伺服器，我們也無法存取。
• 登入所需的權杖儲存在裝置的鑰匙圈（Keychain）中。您可以隨時在本 App 中登出，或在 Google 帳戶設定中撤銷本 App 的存取權。

選用功能：AI 書寫回饋

此功能預設關閉。只有在您自行輸入 Google Gemini 或 OpenAI 的 API 金鑰並使用時，本 App 才會把您選擇的作品影像與文字，直接從您的裝置傳送到您選擇的服務商。這些資料依該服務商的隱私權政策處理，不經過我們的伺服器。您的 API 金鑰儲存在裝置的鑰匙圈（Keychain）中，不會傳送給我們。

不追蹤、不分析

本 App 不含廣告、追蹤或分析工具，不收集裝置識別碼，也不會跨 App 或網站追蹤您。

資料分享

我們不會出售、出租或分享您的個人資料，因為我們並不收集這些資料。

兒童的隱私

本 App 不會刻意收集任何人的個人資料，包括兒童。

本政策的變更

本政策如有更新，將公布於本頁並更新上方的生效日。

Privacy Policy

Studio A ("we") operates the e筆 Smart mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains how the App handles your data.

No account required

The App requires no registration or login and has no account system. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other information that identifies you.

Your works

The works you write in the App are stored on your own device. Our servers do not receive or store them.

Photos

Only when you choose to save a work does the App write the image (PNG) or writing-process video (MP4) to your photo library. The App does not read anything else in your photo library.

Copybook images

Copybook images come from the open-access image services of public museums (National Palace Museum, National Institutes for Cultural Heritage of Japan, Smithsonian Institution, The Metropolitan Museum of Art) and Tamkang University. When you browse or download a copybook, your device connects to these services directly, and they may log general connection information such as your IP address under their own policies.

Optional: Google Drive backup

This feature is off by default. Only if you sign in with your Google account and turn on backup does the App back up your works to the app-specific folder in your Google Drive (the drive.appdata scope).

• The App can access only the backup data it created. It cannot read any other files in your Google Drive.
• Backups travel directly between your device and your Google Drive. They do not pass through our servers, and we cannot access them.
• The sign-in token is stored in the device Keychain. You can sign out in the App at any time, or revoke the App's access in your Google Account settings.

Optional: AI writing feedback

This feature is off by default. Only if you enter your own Google Gemini or OpenAI API key and use the feature does the App send the work images and text you choose directly from your device to that provider. This data is handled under the provider's privacy policy and does not pass through our servers. Your API key is stored in the device Keychain and is never sent to us.

No tracking or analytics

The App contains no advertising, tracking, or analytics tools, does not collect device identifiers, and does not track you across apps or websites.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data, because we do not collect it.

Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
